Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of memoyou.com, the MemoYou browser extension, and related services (together, the “Service”), operated by Ohad Yaniv (“MemoYou,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

MemoYou lets you save articles and web pages, automatically generates AI summaries, tags, and semantic search, and helps you find connections across what you've saved.

Accounts

You sign in to MemoYou using Google Sign-In. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure, since it controls access to your MemoYou account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Subscriptions & Billing

MemoYou offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan, billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Abuse, overload, or scrape the Service outside of its intended use
• Save content you don't have the right to save or that infringes someone else's rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of the articles, notes, and other content you save to MemoYou. By saving content, you give us permission to store, process, and display it back to you as part of the Service, including generating AI summaries and embeddings from it. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to save any content you add.

AI-Generated Content

Summaries, tags, key insights, and chat answers are generated automatically by AI and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Don't rely on them as a substitute for reading the original source or for professional advice.

Intellectual Property

Except for the content you save, the Service and its original content, features, and functionality belong to MemoYou.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MemoYou is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
